How a Millborne is made
Nothing here is fast. Every step is chosen because it makes the boot last longer, not because it makes it cheaper.

Full-grain leather
We use only full-grain hides — the strongest, most characterful layer — from tanneries that still finish leather the slow way. It ages into a patina no factory can fake.

Hand-lasting
Each upper is shaped over the last by hand and left to set, so the boot holds its form and breaks in cleanly to the shape of your own foot.

The Goodyear welt
A welt is stitched around the boot, joining upper, insole, and sole. It's more work up front — and it's what lets us replace the sole later without rebuilding the boot.

Built to be resoled
When the sole finally wears through, you don't buy a new boot — you send it back. We resole it and return the pair you already love, good for years more.
